Warranty Coverage That Fits the Roofing System.
Not every manufacturer warranty works the same way. The correct package depends on the products installed, registration requirements, and project eligibility.
Owens Corning
As an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor, ARS can discuss qualifying roofing system packages and the applicable Preferred Protection warranty.
GAF
ARS holds GAF Certified Contractor credentials. Qualifying GAF installations may be eligible for the manufacturer's System Plus warranty.
TAMKO
ARS offers TAMKO roofing system options. Our TAMKO proposal package includes a 5-year ARS labor warranty and the applicable transferable TAMKO manufacturer warranty.
Important: Manufacturer warranties contain conditions, exclusions and transfer requirements. We'll provide the current manufacturer documentation for the product and package you select. ARS's labor coverage also varies by proposal and product.
